I would highly recommend using Airporter during your stay in Prague. I did not use them for tours, simply to get to and from the airport. Hassan was my driver both ways and was able to provide recommendations and friendly conversation. In addition to that, he was prompt (early in fact) and communicated clearly where to meet him each time. The prices listed online are the prices you will pay. I was recommended to the company through my Airbnb host and I am glad! As a solo traveler I felt safe and looked after. My next visit I will definitely use them again and likely use them for other tours. 100% would recommend for safe and friendly transport.

I discovered this company on TripAdvisor. We used them for three transfers in Prague, one being 4 in the morning.
100% reliable and on time.
Not only that they assisted us with extra information and gavecus tips on what to do in Prague.
A great experience.

Highly recommend this service for airport transportation! We loved the service so much, we booked 2 additional rides with them. Our driver, Marek, was prompt, reliable, friendly and professional. He also picked up our luggage in the morning and held it until our return to the airport in the afternoon. I'm so glad our Airbnb host recommended them.

This airport uses airbridges which is much better and certainly drier for passengers in cold and rainy weather.
The airport is clean and well lit and there are many shops including the large duty free area.
When departing from this airport you do not dispose of liquids until you reach the gate which is a much better and more economical service than other airports worldwide. Passenger should also know that airports around the world have water fountains so if you are told to discard of liquids you must do so but do keep the bottle as you can fill up with water from the fountain on the other side.

This company is very unprofessional and highly unreliable. They kept me and my kids waiting alone at the airport late at night. Made a reservation specifically so I wouldn’t have to deal with lines or delays and this was worse than anything.

Dear Mrs. Davalos, please trust me, there there was no any intention in keeping you and your kids waiting. You have made a reservation just few hours before landing, and your reservation was not confirmed - the pick up instructions and a confirmation has not been sent to you. Which is why it did not go through to the drivers calendar, and which is why there was no driver waiting for you at the airport. We have sent the next available driver as soon as we could. Therefore you were waiting for 20 something minutes. My apologies. Best Regards.

Hafe, our driver, met us at the airport and drove us to our Airbnb. We also had him store our luggage until we could check into the apartment. This service came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. I booked everything online and we paid the driver in cash. Very simple.

Used airporter for transfer to and from airport, as suggested by Airbnb booking. Great service both ways, clean, efficient and very polite drivers, kept informed if any changes. Easy to book and pay online.

Used Airporter recently for a pick up from tne railway station to our accommodation. Booked it online and received confirmation, with pick up instructions. The driver met us exactly as planned, he was helpful and courteous and delivered us to our destination.

Marek from Airporter Prague arrived exactly on time to pick up our luggage and was very polite. He confirmed when he would be dropping off our luggage and handled all of our bags with care as he loaded them into the van. This was a convenient and safe way to store our larger bags as we traveled throughout Europe and we knew our bags were safely being looked after.Marek arrived on time to drop off the bags and was very polite and respectful of our things when he dropped them off. I’ll be recommending this service to my friends and family who visit Prague in the future!
