I just became a member of this museum. This is because the entire exhibit area changes over at least six to eight times a year. The former industrial space can be a bit of a maze to get around, but the staff is extremely helpful. Lots of great sculpture pieces around the grounds, on balconies and on the roofs -... More

There aren't many places to run across contemporary art in Prague. That's why I'm glad we have DOX. We come here twice a year or so and wonder around. I like the space, I like it's small size that doesn't overwhelm you and doesn't exhaust the kids. I also like to stop by the design store inside. This is the... More

I like to visit the DOX gallery occasionally whenever some challenging exhibition or venue takes place there. Currently it's an extensive exhibition on what would have been Vaclav Havel's 80th birthday. The exhibition features hundreds of photos by Tomki Nemec and Bohdan Holomicek. devoted to the Velvet Revolution's Hero: Vaclav Havel, a former Czech President.... The DOX itself invites you... The exhibition the Soul of Money was a very nice first visit to the DOX centre of Contemporary Art. We will visit again next time we are in the area! DOX is worth a visit and had a great afternoon there. It will depend on the current exhibition but do visit if they feature something to your liking.

The exhibitions of conremporary art are what they are...i would personally expect a bit more...art. The building itself is great architecture and it is worth of visit, even empty. Same as the neibourghood, called Holesovice. Good mix of old and new architecture. Glass exhibition i have seen was great. The rest...so so. The state of the contemporary art is like... More

We saw an exhibition about sport and it was pretty underwhelming to be honest. Both my husband and I thought so. There was also a glass exhibition which was the saving grace.

The exhibition about sport was very underwhelming, 4 floors of exactly the same thing with some rooms with one or two exhibitions in. Very very disappointing for 180czk each we expected a bit more. We were told it would take 2 hours to get around but it took us about 25 minutes of getting lost before we gave up and... More

This place doesn't have a permanent collection. They have exhibitions from time to time. When I visited it was artworks covering sport. Not my cup of tea. The gift shop however was nice
