We loved this tour and the guide. The glass factory wasn’t necessary for us but we loved the town and springs tour. We signed up at the last minute but the company communicated with us and picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel so it was very convenient

No communication

The transfer never showed up at the hotel. They claimed i did not give them the address. However i did respond in an email.
