Unlike some other cities, progress city view from the water doesn't appear to be that expensive. We chose the one hour boat tour on the jazz boat, which doubles as a sightseeing tour during the day. Views from this boat are decent, and close enough to take good pictures. The cruise is narrated in multiple languages, so for instance English... More

The boat trip is great for couples, or company groups. The music and the dinner is good. It can be reserved online, but better to call the company afterwards to verify the booking and bring the voucher with you! Our online payment was not recognized, so we had luck and got an own table but at another day this could... More

Efficient booking done online whilst in Prague. 2.5 hours trip up/down the river taking in the sites at night and listening to a 4-piece jazz group. 3-course meal was absolutely fine and with the drinks added to the bill still made it a good for value excursion. I’m not specifically a jazz fan but you don’t need to be to... More

Having tried for days to find the 'perfect moment', I proposed to my now fiancé on the open top deck of the boat as we passed under the Charles Bridge last Thursday (24/11).... This was a memory to last a lifetime, and the friendly staff, stunning views and fantastic band served to make the rest of an already emotional evening... More

My wife tried to get us reservations on another night but this was the only one open, and now we know why. The music was by a quartet of three very talented musicians and an, um, interesting vocalist. She was very enthusiastic but I kept wishing the musicians would have a little time on her own. Most of her shtick... More

We were in Prague for a week and code the night for the Jazz Boat based on the artist - Libor Smoldas. The group did not disappoint, all three musicians were just great. The boat left and arrived back on time. It was a really pleasant way to see the city by night. My wife and I had the vegetarian... More

A great way to see the river at night. The band were just great and the food very enjoyable (except maybe the dry chocolate dessert). Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Booked this thanks to recommendations from our hotel. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening with nice food and great music. Unless you are a large group or specify a window seat for two you do share your table with others. Luckily we met a lovely couple, who we had a good laugh with. Others were not so lucky and found... Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
