We heard lots of good things about the displays at the Klementinum and were very eager to see them. We walked all around the building without finding the entrance and then we saw a sign that it was closed for reconstruction.

The Kelmentium Complex is closed due to reconstruction. You cannot see the library but still have access to the mirror chapel by seeing a classical concert.

The performers are top quality and the program selected to be broadly appealing and of congenial duration. An hour of classical music before dinner is just right for a tourist, yet many knowledgeable locals often also return.

This gorgeous mirrored chapel is so unique and interesting. At a mostly Mozart concert we heard the organ once played by W.A. Mozart and felt quite special to be there enjoying the talents of the various musicians including soprano Anna Delejsi and bass singer, Petrucci...More

You can admire the library, which is extraordinary, you can climb up to the tower, to have a beautiful view on Prague, and you can listen to a Mozart concert in the Mirror chapel. Not he concert, but the Chapel is well worth to visit.

My husband and I attended the 8pm session of Mozarts music, including pianist/organist, violinist, and a bass singer and soprano singer. As advertised the show went for 65 minutes and was well worth it. Music was lovely, the violinist was my favourite by far. Definitely...More

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents
the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
squares, and stone towers blend together with the

I suggest you buy the ticket on the door unless you think the concert is going to be sold out. I managed to negotiate a reduction on the price on the night, but this may be because there were plenty of seats available. The... More
