It's absolutely beautiful and shouldn't be missed out on. There are going to be crowds of tourists, but if you go in the morning, like early in the morning you can have the whole square to yourself and it's really delightful.

This was such a beautiful landmark and such a beautiful place to look and admire .I am so glad I got to see this clock.i wasn't lucky enough to see it open but my boyfriend said it opens up ,so I'll come back next year and hopefully to see it open up

One of the most beautiful sights of Prague. Crowds of tourists come to watch the chiming clock and the moving figures. Be careful! This is a favorite time for pickpockets, take care of your belongings.

Yes, the Old Town Hall is right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle and that may discourage you. But if you happen to visit Prague in the covid times, do pay it a visit. I was very lucky to have the whole view at the top of the tower for myself. And what a view. On a clear sunny day you can literally see the whole city or at least its significant landmarks - the Prague Castle, Petřín, Žižkov Tower, countless churches and all the beautiful reddish rooftops. There are two elevators there that will take you to the top. Once you have enjoyed the views, you can either take the elevator down or take the stairs (on your way up as well). If you are into technology, you will appreciate the design of the elevator. Included in the price of my ticket was the entry to the interiors of the hall - medieval chapel, and 4 more rooms. There is a little window in the chapel enabling to see inside the astrological clock! You can actually see the apostles waiting for the right moment to start changing at the windows. 10/10, suitable for adults and children. Plus, there are toilets in the basement.…
