Trekked up the hill, took the funicular down. MUST have coins for the machines. People working on the funiculars not friendly. Would check if it’s open before coming up. Gardens are pretty, though.

It will take you quite some time to get to the top but it’s worth the effort. We went up the hill with the funicular. We had to wait in the line for some time but when you’re in the ‘train’ you’re on top very...More

Visited with friends and we did the stairs to the top. Very fun to walk all the way up and gave an old school feel. Nice view in all directions. Nice surroundings below as well.

The funicular ride is included in 24 hour public transport tickets. There is a fee for the tower but it's worth it.

If you're lucky with the weather, resting in the Rose garden is pretty relaxing. You can easily reach the top using the normal tram ticket. We did not go to the top, but that is a possibility for who have no problem with many stairs!...More

The tower offers a great view and there are beautiful gardens surrounding it. One has to climb 300 steps to reach the top with normal ticket or you can use the lift by paying a little extra. The view is good. I liked this place...More
