Is very lurch cemetery it’s old right in the downtown area of Prague. At one point it was on the out skirts of the city but the city is growing around it.

I was there in June and saw people with dogs. Didn't see any no dogs allowed signs but tbh wasn't looking as as I was dogless 😊.
