Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

There was a huge screen playing the Olympics while we were there.
The beer garden is about in the middle of the park.
The beer is cheap and good, there is also wine and other type of drinks available.
However, it is not comparable to munich's beer gardens!

This is a local, outdoor beer garden. You can choose from several different types. It also has wine and mixed drinks. The beer is inexpensive. Food choices are limited, but the sausage was good. There also is a restaurant next door, if you want a larger food selection.

This park is located in the Zizkov area, and once you climb to the top you can get an amazing view on the city. The park itself is charming and very pleasant to walk around. They have a big beer garden there also with lots of tables, but when I came it was already closed because of the weather. I imagine in the summer this would be a great spot to drink some beer and enjoy the great view.

Riegrovy sady is a go-to place for break in between classes for students of a nearby unversity. As it is in Vinohrady and Žižkov area, it gets full of local residents, too.
It is a great place for a picnic or a stroll in a park, chilling on benches or on the grass - but it can get a bit crowded, as its location and convenience attracts masses (ok, it is still not that dramatic :-)
The only thing this park is missing are amenities. Sure, nobody wants to turn it into a theme park, but some bathrooms could come in handy.
There are two eateries = a beer garden and a smaller pub, with a two- storey open terrace, with ok, slightly priecier beer and some basic snacks - grilled cheese, roasted sausage and cooked corn. Its accessibility, given it features metal, narrow stairs, is questionable but the beer garden is spacious enough and there is a large screen - or watching matches.
Definitely a place to go for a chill, and view, and a bit of nature or suntan.

The beer gardens are situated inside a lovely park. We went in autumn when the trees were turning red and yellow. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the park which has lovely views of Prague.
The park is situated in Vinohrady which is a really nice interesting area. The buildings surrounding the park are alos very nice.

This park is amazing, with spectacular views over Prague centre. There are actually two pubs within the park, but you can just wander around and sit anywhere without going in either (take a packed lunch on a nice day).....though obviously the Czech beer in a Czech park is rather awesome ;-)

Unlike many beer gardens, this place serves your beer in a glass and for that reason alone it deserves 5 stars. Stayed well into the evening, the atmosphere was fab and so civilised.

Sort of stumbled on this place, we were intending to go to the tv tower then realised Spurs Liverpool was kicking off in 10 minutes a quick search brought up this place. We thought we’d give it a go and we weren’t disappointed big screen plentiful cheap beer all something a bit different. The weather was good which helped but worth the effort.
