Neighbourhood: Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

I would never claim to have any great knowledge about art but even I have heard of Dali and Warhol so I couldn’t resist visiting this gallery and I wasn’t disappointed. Each of the three artists has a whole floor dedicated to his work. I enjoyed seeing the work of all of them but particularly enjoyed the Warhol stuff. The gallery is in the old square area and easy to access.

Must see if you are a fan of any of the artists exhibited. The Salvador Dali floor was especially great. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is that the staff in the gift shop were extremely rude for no apparent reason, and for that reason we left on a sour note and without buying anything from the good selection of merchandise they had.

Salvador Dali, Andy Warhol and some beautiful comic art and photography - I thought this art gallery was great. Three floors of exhibitions for 350CZK, a great gift shop and friendly staff.

The Salvador Dali exhibition showed a lot of sketches that I hadn't seen before and the Andy Warhol exhibition had a great collection of record sleeves. The wallpaper in the Andy Warhol exhibition was fabulous. Definitely recommend.

Don't miss these if you are a Dali or Art Noveau fan. A nice way to escape the crowds. Both were prolific artists, and there are some well-known pieces, as well as works I was unfamiliar with. Mucha's work can be seen on currency, stamps, and post cards. There are also powerful photographs. Dali did some sculpture I was not aware of (don't miss the giraffe Venus), and searching for hidden images in his lithographs is always fun. Good gift shop, very reasonable prices.

I like Dali my wife doesn't but there was a lot of work and even she found some stuff she could appreciate.
The Mucha exhibition on the floor above was a revelation and really good introduction to his art in so many forms.
We had a very pleasant couple of hours here on the Old Town Square.

A must see for any Dali fans. For only $7 per person, you can browse some of Salvador Dali's sketches, paintings and sculptures in the heart of Prague, right on Old Town Square. A great afternoon out. Highly recommend it!
