Holiday trip to Prague

We had a great time on a six-day trip. Super guide in Iva, who looked after us very well, taking us to places which really only the locals know about.

The 3h tour was very nice and informative. We got to know Prague from a different perspective. We did not book oldtown and it was very interesting to see more of the new town. The guide was very friendly and gave us background information on the cities history, art and culture. We liked it very much.

I spent the day with Iva at Kutna Hora. Iva was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and was very easy to get along with. She provided me with information that I would not have easily gotten had I gone alone. It was a great day. I highly recommend Iva and ThinkPrague.

My wife and I spent two days touring beautiful Prague in early March 2016, with a young lady Guide (Christine) from ThinkPrague. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, helpful, friendly, and efficient, and spoke perfect English (she speaks three additional languages fluently). The price was very fair and reasonable ,and I would recommend ThinkPrague to anyone planning to visit the wonderful City... More

Our tour guide, Christina, was so pleasant and very knowledgeable. She really personalized the tour towards what we were interested in learning. Martin was so kind and pleasant to deal with as well. Since we were visiting on the off season, Martin was kind of enough to schedule a tour for us even though he did not have a group.... More

A fantastic personal tour with the owner Martin. Nothing was too much trouble and we enjoyed an informative yet casual walk around the city, lasting over 4 hours. He listened to our interests and delivered a fascinating insight into not just Prague's history but the Czech republic's too. The time flew by and I couldn't recommend his company enough -... More

I had a good time during my stay in Prague with this tourist agency. I would recommend this as a unique way to see a vast majority of the city. The staff was very nice and provided lots of interesting facts about the city.

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
