The landscape is beautiful and unique. Although there arent many things to see in this garden (in the picture), yet it still looks stunning especially when the flowers are blooming in a fine, bright day. Moreover, the town center is historical and I just love...More

Wonderful town, very clean, the houses and historical buildings nicely restored. Large castle garden with a small zoo and wonderful ornamental beds. The catsle itself contains an extraordinary picture gallery with precious paintings including Marsyas and Apolon by Tizian.

The garden is being reconstructed, so that it is free of charge. The entrance to the roof of the colonnade is a bit hidden - head for the right end. The garden is open throughout the whole year.

I was surprised at the dearth of tourists in this pretty town, especially after being in Prague. I was taking in the beautiful views at the castle tower for a good 15 minutes completely alone... it was lovely. Note that there is no elevator to...More

The Gardens and Palace are located in the middle of the town, very close to the marketplace. That’s a 15 minute walk from the railway station. The Palace is undoubtedly worth visiting – the furniture collection is very interesting, and some of the chambers are...More
