As a person who has visited many Zoos around the world, I can say that this one does not have the best quality-price balance. The variety of animals is not very high and the surface of the facility of quite small.

Had all the animals you could think of. Spacious. We were there off season, which was great, we had the park all to ourselves.

... or not too warm a summer day. October was a bit cold, the zoo train was not operating, most food places closed - but nevertheless - very very nice zoo. Clean and big and tidy. Amazing selection of animals. Butterflies - it was so funny - we managed to find just one in the whole butterfly place - but... More

Getting better every year, with new enclosures and new animals being introduced. The only down side is it does go up and down hill quite alot so you need good legs. Plenty of food, ice cream, beer outlets inside and not at premium prices.

Great attraction, a real bargain at the price too. Straight forward to get the train out of Gdansk then a short bus ride. Most animals you can think of were there, giraffes and elephant were our family highlights but take your pick!

Visited here whilst on our holiday in Gdansk, this zoo is excellent value for money , a cost of less than £20 for a family of 4 is extremely good value for money, it is very spacious and takes at least 4hrs to walk around the enclosures and there is plenty of varieties of animals to see... The place is... More

Admission charge is much lower than at other zoos we have visited in the UK and in other European cities, but the animal collection is somewhat limited. The parkland is spacious and pleasant to walk around. Toilet facilities are insufficient for the number of visitors. Be aware that it is a 2.5 km walk from the tram stop to the... More
