Day trip to Auschwitz, heavy snowfall however Wictor collected us on time, was very professional and friendly. His English was very good and clearly understandable. Despite the horrendous snow conditions he drove safely yet didn't hang about and got us there on time. Highly recommended both the tour and Krakowconnect.

Fantastic holiday. Everything went like clockwork, it was very efficient. The tours were amazing and the transfers/driver were excellent too. No bad points on this trip, highly recommended A++

Our driver Kamil for the 3 days we were there was very pleasant and punctual for all of the trips we had organised and our pick up and drop off from the airport

Many thanks to Krakow Connect for arranging our transfers and also arranging our Auschwitz trip which included booking the tickets and liaising with the tour guide. Your drivers Igor and Lucaz were punctual and friendly. Your service made our Krakow trip one we wish to repeat again. Thank you all.

Just back from an amazing 4 days in Krakow. The service provided by Krakow Connect was exceptional. They were in contact with us immediately after booking our holiday, and have provided advice & guidance regarding tours prior our stay. Our driver Igor was at the airport to meet us on our arrival, and he picked us up the following day for our Auswich-birkenau tour (all organised by them) & was there at the end of a long day to drive us back to our hotel. Our return airport driver Lucasz was prompt & smart, and again we could not fault the service. Both drivers were extremely polite, helpful & professional Thank you for the excellent service provided during our stay. We won't hesitate to use Krakow Connect for our future visits. The vehicles were immaculate, and we felt the service was very personal, and added to the enjoyment of our entire stay in Krakow. Thank you.

Six of us booked Krakow connect for a return transport from airport to hotel. They were on time on both occasions and the mini bus was very clean and comfortable . Highly recommended.

Hi, thank you for interesting in our offer.
In Auschwitz with guided tour it takes 2h and Birkaneu 1h + 10min break.
It's possible to do that without guide - by your self- then you have more time to visit
Salt Mine it's possible to do only with guided tour and takes 2,5h-3h.
