Cracow City Tours - young, energetic tour company from Cracow, professional attitude and excellent value for low prices. Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, Salt Mine in Wieliczka, Cracow Old Town Sightseeing, Nowa Huta, Zakopane, Dunajec, Częstochowa and many more. The meeting point located in the city centre and easy to be found. No hotel pick-up as we don’t intend to torture you going around the town and collecting people from other hotels. Groups can expect individual treatment.

Interesting and thought-provoking tour

Went on the tour of the Jewish Quarter with Dale. He was a friendly, engaging and informative guide, and the tour flew by despite being several hours long. A genuine pleasure, harrowing subject matter notwithstanding.

Unprofessional: they canceled our Auschwitz tour less than 24 hours before!

They canceled our Auschwitz tour less than 24 hours before the tour date! This is completely unacceptable because it's really hard to find another tour -in our language- for the next morning. Unprofessional, we booked it a week ago, there were lots of options for other companies at the time, but now they're all sold out. thanks a lot!!

Salt mine are good but company is badly organized

Went on a trip to the Salt Mine. This was very badly organized. Endless waiting before we went down and even more waiting after we finished as we had to wait for another group that shared the same bus.
Not recommended. Salt mines are very interesting but do it with another company.

Unmissable Krakow tour

Just got back from a day with Dale… really enjoyed the city tour particularly the Jewish Quarter. He was so knowledgeable and engaging and recommended a fantastic place for lunch; we bumped into him in the queue! The tour is well planned, thorough in its coverage and fabulous way of finding out about Krakow’s history.
Highly recommend this tour, this is not for the faint hearted as we covered a lot of steps!

mini bus was new and comfortable ,plenty of room .

wrap up warm if you go in the winter months.

Just been down the Salt Mine, a lot of walking, all down steps, not many up. If you’re claustrophobic, don’t go, if you’re not claustrophobic, don’t go😬🤣

Salt Mine Tour

Booked the tour in June, for our visit in November. Email confirmation received promptly. There was a change in tour time, however we were emailed with 24hrs notice. Comfortable coach ride there. Met by a guide who provided headphone sets and guided us through the whole 6 floors of the salt mine. Total tour is about 2hrs. Very well organised and def value for money.

Good day, bad guide

Vlad from Cracow City Tours was rude, disrespectful and chatted loudly to his fellow guide when we walked through Birkenau. I was obvious that he did like like tourists much. He ruined my once in a lifetime opportunity to pay my respects at this Memorial. i was quite frightened of him, i asked one question and he rubbished me. they played a video in the bus on the way there, and as he was talking loudly to the driver and i was sitting up front i never heard a word.
