We have just returned from a five day trip to Kraków and I’d encourage anybody to go. It’s a beautiful city, very clean, much to the embarrassment of any U.K. city. I can think of . We used Kraków Tours for three separate trips to Auschwitz, the salt mines and the Tatra Mountain tour. They were always on time and the vehicle clean , and Jake that drove for us on two occasions was very helpful and spoke excellent English and went out if his way to explain whenever necessary and answered any questions . I’m happy to recommend them, and on returning I’d definitely use them again

Firstly we want to say a massive thank you to Damien who took care of us on both our Auschwitz tour and salt mine tour!
He was such a pleasure to travel with! We were picked up for both tours outside of our accommodation and driven to both tours on separate days. We were given our tickets at both tours upon arrival & everything ran very smoothly.
Damien gave us info about what we were driving past and knew lots of interesting information. He also had a laugh with us and we felt more like friends rather than a ‘tour group’
We would recommend everyone to book with comFort tours for all there tour bookings!
Thank you so so much for making our tours & time in Krakow one we won’t forget! We wish you all the best for the future!

Daniel was our driver ti take us to the salt mines. He contacted us the night before to confirm pick up time and he was bang on time.
Very helpful and considerate as my mum struggled to get in the minibus.
Took us to the entrance of the salt mine and told us he would collect us if we came out a different door which was 400m from the main entrance but we decided to walk back.
The tour was amazing and the guides who take you down the mine are fantastic and we learnt so much. The guide went up to my mum at the end to say she admired her for keeping up and making it down the 800+ steps. - my mum is 83 years old 😊

When I purchased the trip it said a maximum of 8 persons would be in group. I think our group had 18. It was very cramped. The driver arrived after agreed time, approx 10mins late.
We arrived approximately an hour before our scheduled time. This was to a place that was cold and we couldn't even get a drink.
We had a guide who couldn't speak English and had an interpreter who wasn't knowledgeable about Aushwitz. The tour was stopped whilst we waited for a replacement. Once replaced the guide was good but based on groups around us and what I could read we had missed lots of information.
We purchased a lunch - no fault with this.
I won't get here again, this was a very important trip for myself and my friend - ruined.

Excellent service, Olek was punctual, friendly and very attentive, he behaved with me with great professionalism, he constantly asked us if everything was okay, he knew that I preferred French so he responded. sorted out a paper guide in French for me, as the person guiding us spoke in English.
The lunch boxes were very good and very generous for the price we paid, it's very interesting, plus with the hours of the visit it was good to have a bite to eat with what they put in the lunch box.
An agency that is worth it because it has good drivers who love the job and they make sure your experience is wonderful.

Booked for 8am pick up, trip was moved to 6am pick up and then changed again to 10:30am pick up. Arrived at 12pm for the 1pm tour, waiting over and hour and half with our group of 25 to get in. At the entrance we were then held up longer as our time slot had passed! All tickets had to be changed, group was split up, no headphones provided and we only got a one hour tour. Shocking management and lack of respect for a once in a life time trip. Avoid at all costs if you really want to appreciate the history of Auschwitz!

We used this company to transfer us from our hotel to the airport. Amazing service and great value. Damien, our driver was very informative about local history and architecture and was an overall lovely guy. We had a lovely journey back to the airport with our daughter, who also learned a lot from Damien. We would definitely highly recommend this company for anyone wanting to book hotel transfers or indeed, Day tours from Krakow to Auchwitz or the Salt mines. Should we return to Krakow in the future and we definitely hope to, we will definitely be booking through them. Safe, professional and reliable. Thank you Damien.

We had two days with this company. One day with Sebastian and Casper, visiting Auschwitz, the next day with Daniel visiting the Salt Mines.
All 3 men were exceptional. On time, very informative and very friendly. They helped with anything they could. Sebastian has a great sense of humour and was a lovely guide pointing out castles and other points on interest on our journey to Auschwitz as well as having some fantastic conversations.
Casper was such a brilliant guide around both camps. His English was perfect and he answered our questions brilliantly. Extremely informative.
Daniel took us to the salt mines, he was great. On time, informative and he was interesting to listen to and talk to. Each guide ensured our comfort and safety at all times, especially considering the amount snow we had.
I would definitely recommend this company and thank you all for the perfect days out.

We had an unforgettable dog sledding experience today. Our driver Michal was exactly on time outside of our hotel, safely drive us to our destination and back. We strongly reccomend a tour with Michal, he was so polite and gentle with us and explain detaily everything while we was at car. Thank you Michal and ComFort Tours Cracow ♥️

We booked a tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau at our hotel reception through Comfort Tours. The tour was fantastic, very well organised and extremely informative. In particular, our host/driver Daniel made the experience so easy for us. He always kept us informed of what was happening, where we needed to be and was always on time, even in the Arctic conditions we were experiencing. Thanks Daniel, for all your help, you were ace!

Hello, I am interested in one of the longer tours of Auschwitz- either the 6 hour or 8 hour study tour. Do you offer this?

I would be confident that they can, and I’m sure if you call or email them they will confirm it . It may be worth trying to get a break down of the amount of time you will actually spend there , as I think they include travelling time , typically from Kraków , as part of the trip that they may advertise as 8 hours. It takes about 90 minutes each way by minibus and they have a couple of short breaks whilst you’re there. I think they are given time slots for starting each tour .They did say it can be very busy in summer and a long time can be spent queuing . Our guide was not our driver, but again he was excellent as was the sound system they provided, which was a Bluetooth receiver with headphones. There is so much to see set over just two of the sites, that it can still be a bit rushed, so go for the longest trip you can. There are food and drink and bathroom facilities on the first site Hope this helps

I bought on August 3 through the company's website a tour to auschwitz-birkenau for 2 people. the tour would be on October 2nd.
Unfortunately I had to cancel on August 5th because the company could not meet my expectations.
I informed the company about the cancellation and the employee Damian confirmed that the tour would be canceled and the money would be returned within 2 weeks.
weeks have gone by and so far my money has not been devolative.
I have tried dozens of contacts via email and website and don't ask for more answers.
I just ask you to return my money.
