The outside of this church is deceiving as once you get inside it is more the size of a chapel than of a church. There is a small area to sit and reflect before the altar which is protected by a gate. It is well...More

This is probably the oldest church in Krakow and although it's not massive it is really pretty. If your walking from the castle down through Grodzka Street you pass this church. A beautiful interior with high ceilings and a riot of gold details and frescoes...More

This is the oldest catholic cathedral in Krakow, built in Romanesque style. Very exciting! Must-see for every architecture and art lover.

Only the back porch was accessible when we visited although the main part of the church was visible through locked gates, it was beautiful! We shall definitely return at a later date for further exploration.

It is a nice small place, you can spend there couple of mins. But anyway, it is worth visiting. It is on Grodzka str on your way to Wawel castle

Very busy with visitors to the nearby church of St Peter and St Paul also popping into this church as it is next door. Worth taking a look as it dates back to the 12th century

In a city where both reign, the little old stone Romanesque church is different, intimate and refreshing in its unpretentiousness. Very well worth a visit.

Built in the 11th century, this church is definitely worth the peak in that you are allowed. I could not get into the sanctuary but could see in. Beautiful and so historic!
