There are two salt mines near Krakow that are worth visiting - Wieliczka and Bochnia. We organize visiting both Salt Mines. You will descend to the underground salt town in Bochnia and Wieliczka. We booked old city walking tour and Schindler's Factory guided tour. Anita is a great, very knowledgeable and helpful guide. Before the booking, we were discussed various opportunities like salt mine or Auschwitz. She was also helpful to recommend some restaurants and she makes me belive that it will be the best if she will book it for me. We agreed prices and booked the old city and Schindler's Factory tours. After the trip she has sent the invoice, but it included additional 200 euros without any description. When I wanted to discuss this she started behaving very unprofessionally. She was very angry, did not answer the phone and she wrote to me very incompetent e-mails. I payed the invoice to give way but please be carefull and ensure that the total price is agreed in advance

City tour highlights included Wawel Palace, Glass/Vitro museum, Schindler's factory/pharmacy and the Jewish district. Guide possessed excellent knowledge and tips and went the extra mile to comment on the rich history, arts and culture.
The guide at the Salt Mine and the Auschwitz-Birkenau were also extremely knowledgeable and the transportation was well organised. Everything worked like clockwork. Impressive service overall.

Anita met us at our hotel at the appointed time and we set off on a walking tour.
Her English was excellent as was her in depth knowledge of Krakow was incredible. We first visited the Castle then the Jewish Quarter where we visited the synagogue whilst a service was in progress. We continued on to Schindler's factory and finished in Market Square.
The whole day was interesting and informative.
I doubt that there is a more knowledgeable guide in Krakow.

Anita made our trip much more memorable, excellent informative guides which offered that personal touch. Anita went over and above to assist us as one of our group had an unfortunate accident.

We booked private Auschwitz via Anita and received Finnish speaking tour guide, Ella. The tour was suberb and everything went really well! The driver and car were great and the guide´s knowledge was great also. If we ever come back to Krakow, I will sure book a tour from Anita again.

Anita was not available for our tour, so her associate, Dorota, filled in and did so admirably. There are many sights to see in Krakow. We did much sightseeing on our own but decided to use Krakow Tour Guide Service to tour the Jewish Quarter. I am glad we did. It was every bit as interesting and historical as I hoped. Dorota led us to spots larger tours do not venture to, but be prepared to walk. We toured for most of three hours. It was tiring but worth the effort.

Anyta has a perfect knowlegde about Krakow, the history of the city and of Poland. In addition to that she is able to tell everything in a clear and sympathic way: it was perfect. She also informed us about daily live in Poland. After three hours of city walking we were not only fan of Krakow and Poland but also of Anyta. Thank you very much. Anyta is a five stare guide.

My company hired Krakow Tour Guide Service - Tours to organise and carry out a one-day long sightseeing tour for two visitors from Singapore. They were collected on time from the agreed location, had a great tour, had lunch with the requested dietary requirements, and finally safely handed over to another location. The guests were very happy with the organisation of the tour and the tour route itself. As a company hosting these visitors, we will surely choose this Guide Service company again should we plan to organise a similar tour for our other visitors in the future.

Anita was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and a great guide for my visit to Krakow. She met me at my hotel and led me on a walking tour thru Old Town and the Wawel Castle while having an insightful and educational conversation on the history of Poland and the area. I would not hesitate to recommend Anita to anyone looking for a tour in Krakow.
