Fabulous communication from start to finish. Company was great at cancelling and rebooking our visit due to Coronavirus. Friendly driver collected us on time in the morning, allowed time for breaks/stops and was lovely throughout the day. Car was also very clean and we were made to feel comfortable. I have no words for the actual tour of Auschwitz. It was harrowing and humbling and we are so thankful for our tour guide sharing his knowledge and the in depth history with us. The salt mines are amazing too. Would 100% recommend this tour company! Thank you for making our trip!…

Fantastic company would highly recommend, communication from first email to final departure was excellent. Driver was waiting at airport as advised, same driver took us on trips to Salt Mines and Auschwitz-Birkenau on different days, he was at hotel to pick us up at advised times for both tours, he took us to entrance at both sites to get our tickets and advise of entry procedures, he waits for you until trip ends and takes you straight back to hotel. Also used for trip back to airport and again punctual. We had a great weekend in Krakow made even better by the services of Auschwitz Tours.…

Just wanted to comment on the great customer service of this company. We had booked trips for our planned visit to Poland in May but in March we chose to cancel our trip and tours we had booked as we did not want to risky travelling with the Covid-19 situation. We let the company know and to be honest we did not expect any refund as we chose to cancel. We were very pleasantly surprised to receive a complete refund, without us chasing for the money back. When we are able to visit Poland, we will not hesitate to book with this company…

We booked a tour to Auschwitz with Auschwitz Tours for the 6th May, but unfortunately the Coronavirus hit and and we were obviously not able to fly to Poland. We contacted the company to say we would have to cancel, there was no hesitation in us being refunded the money we had paid. We were really impressed that we had the payment refunded very quickly. Hopefully we will be able to visit Krakow when pandemic is over and would definitely re-book our tour with this company.…
