City hall has very beautiful and quite complex architecture. It's definitely worth seeing and giving it more than just a glimpse of the front side. It hides a lot of interesting things on the outside and inside as well.

While it's cold here right now you can imagine yourself strolling around the Town Hall and square in other seasons. It's a very low key area and is best taken at your pace. The Town Hall is an interesting building especially when you have someone there to point out all the little interesting features. I took the Walking Tour which... More

Eventhough Wroclaw has a very small city centre, it worths a walk around to enjoy the view. Specialy recommendable to see when the Christmas market is on the square.

Beautiful building, especially when the chrismas market takes place. The dominant of the rynek (main square).

We did not go inside but just to view the outside - the intricate architecture different from each side and the clock face or was it a barometer (I do not know) but it needs to be viewed. We both sat and looked at this fabulous gothic building and we were in awe. We could only imagine what it must... More

The Ratusz (Town Hall) dominates the Rynek (central square) with its ornate exterior. Inside there are changing exhibits (a photography exhibit when we were visiting) as well as some permanent artifacts related to the building. Be sure to visit all rooms that are open to the public.

Probably the most beautiful old town hall that I have visited....and I have seen quite a few. Luckily, there was not much damage with WWII bombing so 90% of the structure which was renovated in the late 1400's has withstood the ravages of time quite well. It houses the Museum of City Art which is interesting. The rooms include a... More
