Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a stunning baroque church. It is probably one of the most impressive I have seen in Europe and well worth a stop.

This church looks very ordinary from the outside. You will be pleasantly surprised when you go inside.
Has ear phones for a commentary on the history of the building

This has to be the most impressive church interior in the city. The artwork on the walls and ceilings is beautiful. You could easily miss out because the exterior is comparatively plain. Definitely worth a visit

The university church, built at the same time as the beautiful university buildings. Wonderful high-baroque interior.

Having visited several churches that we had found were rather plain in comparison to those we had visited in Krakow we were amazed to see the difference here. the interior is by far the best we came across and should be considered for a visit.

This was our first holiday to Wrocław and as impressed as I was by the nightlife in was totally blown away by the stunning architecture of this city and especially the churches here.
We had been to Cathedral Island and that was a wonderful experience and we had climbed up the towers of both Church of St Elizabeth and Mary Magdalene and the University Church was just as stunning.
A beautiful looking building with many interesting features both internally and externally and located in an interesting architectural area .
Like all the churches and the cathedral admittance is free except if you want to climb the tower's of some churches were you will pay 5 Zlotys.
This is a great church to visit and well checking out.

A lot of the churches in Wroclaw would be considered plain compared to their counterparts in other cities, but not this one. This is a fabulous baroque interior, even more amazing when you see the picture just inside the front door showing 2 bombs that came through the ceiling but thankfully never exploded.

If you are in Wroclaw and have to pick only one church to visit, this is the one!
Just step in (free admission) and feel the atmosphere of this 3 times centenarian, baroque church.

The University Church, also known as the Jesuit Church of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, was built by the Jesuits in the late 17th century on the site of the Piast castle. It is part of the university complex. Unfortunately, when we visited the church one morning no lights were on and the only lighting available was through windows. This stunning church is worth visiting, and I would certainly visit it again the next time I am in Wroclaw.

My sister and I were considering entering the church when we were approached by a local student. He gave us the most amazing tour of the church and pointed out things we would never have noticed. The church was truly magnificent and the decoration was quite something to behold. A truly amzing building. PS the student wouldn't even take a tip. Well worth the visit as was the university and museum next door.
