Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The views and space in our apartment was the best i have ever experienced. Bath right next to windows seeing the far reaching views. Looks even better at night when all the lights on.
Only reason it loses a mark is that it was a nightmare finding the place to get the keys and the light switches were hard to understand.

Very nice place, difficult to get tickets on the spot. the ride in the elevators is a bit cramped, but once you are there on the top floor observation deck, its marvelous. The views from all the sides are too good, both during the day and night times.

I went here on my birthday only to be disappointed really. I got there at about 11.40am, to get a ticket from the ticket office which is situated behind Starbucks on the ground floor, the 12pm tickets were all sold out so I got a 12.30pm ticket. The ticket was 18 Zloty, which, to date, is about £3.64, which depending on how you look at it is good value, but then again for what it promises to what it delivers, are two very different things.
The tickets here do sell out quickly, so if you do intend on going here at a specific time and day, I would recommend you go there at least a couple of hours before to ensure you get your tickets.
The organisation here is poor, and people just seem to push in, in order to get into the lift. The lift swiftly zooms you up to the 49th floor, you get out and look at the view, which to be honest after about 5/6 minutes comes boring and mundane as there is hardly anything to view that stands out (please look at the photos).
Also the view is not even 180 degrees, its about 135 degrees - so it is hardly panoramic!
Once you have finished you have to then wait, as you cannot go down until the staff there deem it alright to do so, so you have about 20 minutes up there which is more than enough, i personally started queueing up and was first in the queue an was standing at the velvet burgundy rope line for a good 15 minutes waiting eagerly to get out of there as I was bored.
On the ground floor of the tower is a few shops/eateries, and the second floor has a bowling alley and alotof empty units.

15 of us got into the lift...first the lift dropped then went up sharply and stopped. During more than 20 minutes the service technician remotely tried twice to reset the lift in spite our repeated requests to focus on opening the doors because children and older people were getting unsettled due to poor ventilation. In the end two men pierced open the doors and let us out. No-one from management was there to handle the situation and we were just told by a security guy that we could get our money back if we went back to the cashiers.... appalling by any standards and definitely not a good visiting card for a premium building.

The sky tower offers very good views of this beautiful city , with plenty of good photo opportunities
I walked up the sky tower in the morning and booked my ticket for later in the day 18.00 pm
After reading reviews that the ticket desk is hard to find , I was surprised to see loads of signs pointing to the ticket desk and the sky tower itself
The lift up to the sky tower is very fast
If you are in Wroclaw and are looking fir something different to do , and have a spare 30 minutes I would recommend the sky tower

The viewing terrace is the highest point in Wroclaw. It's not easy to get there - sometimes tickets are sold out until the end of the day and you cannot make an online reservation, you have to buy the tickets personally. After getting above you have 15 minutes to take a look - then you are asked to leave. It's by no means a 360-degree view and the tower is too far from the centre to see details of the old town or the river. Adding poor connection with the public transport, I think it's just a waste of time and money. You have a much better view from one of the churches near Rynek or on Ostrów Tumski - and for an unlimited time and less money.

We were very lucky to get 4 tickets to go up the sky tower. There were no open time slots until 9pm (it was 4pm) as we just asked about availability 4 slots popped up on the screen! Very lucky indeed. The lift is fairly small but they cram enough people in so you don't wait too long. The views of the amazing city are breath taking and the price is so low too. Shame there's no cafe at the top though.

Walked to Skytower on sunny afternoon in December hoping to see nice clear views of the city. Joined a very long queue to buy tickets. After approx 20 minutes I reached the top of the queue to discover if i bought tickets at 2pm the only slot available to actually go up the tower was 8pm. I did not want to wait around for 6 hours to then see the city in darkness. They should let you know about slot availability before wasting time in a queue.

You get a good panoramic outlook on the city from the top of the Sky Tower. The buildings in the city, some very beautiful, are a variety of design and colour. Well worth the trip up.

Its a nice and unique place, but. We’ve been there at November, outside was already cold, our aparment was at 52nd floor and they turn on the heat only till 46th floor and because the building is glass we should take a lot of hot showers and still during the night was prery cold in apartment. They told us that if we want warm apartment we can go to main reception and change the apartment to some lower floors.
Also they don’t speak english realy well. We miss the iron, hair dryer and ironing boar even it shoul be as part of apartment.
And when we speak with guy from management or facility he was prety arogant.
So the apartment are nice, modern, good design, higher floors with great view, but the service is horrible.
