A beautiful fountain that was destroyed for metal during the war and rebuilt after with donations. Located in a charming park with two lovely ponds, trees and flowers.

This is without doubt one of the best fountains I have ever seen in terms of the art work. The sculptures are quite simply brerathtaking. Little wonder people were queuing for photographs.

This extraordinary sculpture/ fountain was destroyed in the Second World War (the Nazis probably thought it was decadent art.) and has been reconstructed. Though it depicts turbulent times, it's surprisingly peaceful and cooling, maybe that's the effect of the water.
