The core idea of Warsaw Behind the Scenes is to let you experience the true city, to understand and to get to know it. Our friendly and easygoing guide will take you through times: you'll explore pre-war streets as well as monumental communist squares. This is not a regular tour, so we'll take you to the local people's bar to let you taste our traditional and delicius Polish food. At the end we'll relax in a cool pub or have a picnic at the riverside. Our tours are highly individual and flexible. This is not a bus city tour or a free walking tour, this is almost like a private tour!

Fantastic way to see Warsaw and better understand Poland. Educating, interesting and entertaining. We got to see some of the main sites as well as a few hidden gems. Our guide was Artur; pleasant and very knowledgeable. I am originally from Poland and even for me, this was a real treat. Totally made our trip!

I'm a fan of taking a brief tour at the start of a visit as you learn so much (hidden) information about the place and the best attractions to return to for a more detailed visit. Mark was a great guide - superb English, good sense of humour, passionate about Warsaw and it's history, lots of fascinating titbits. Kept up... More

We did a tour with our guide Artur today. He was so informative and really brought the history of Warsaw to life for us and our three boys. It was a great way to see the city as we only had a few days here and would never have got to see all the highlights by ourselves. We would certainly... More

Thank you Arthur! Great tour in a rainy day, a real inside on Warsaw and its people! Not just show you the city but let you know understand their culture, cousine, history, etc.

Fantastic tour! Our guide Marcin was very knowledgable and lots of fun. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The lunch stop was something we never would have found ourselves and was a treat. Would not hesitate to recommend this tour, well worth the money.

Marcin was outstanding. I can't give a higher recommendation. His ability to weave a story around the rich history of Warsaw was exemplary. The collection of photographs that he has arranged bring the tour alive, " you are here and this is what it looked like then". Expect not just a tour of Warsaw, but also an enlightened conversation about... More

Our driver, Art, drove us around Warsaw in a vintage farm truck. He made every attempt to let us experience Warsaw from before and after the world to include architecture, culture and the personality of the Polish people. Art took us to a local resturant where we had lunch which was included in the tour. We were even offered a... More
