Arrived in Warsaw as it was snowing. There were many cadets there who were being given a lesson in the sacrifice of the Polish nation. Time to reflect

This is a beautiful memorial located within the main town centre's park. It is guarded by soldiers and is a moving reminder. Well worth stopping by to pay your respects.

We arrived as they were changing the guard, and it was really eerie. Well worth a visit and near the market square.

Found this by accident, a lovely tribute to the unknown soldier and all those who died in the war. Guarded 24/7 with an eternal flame.

Bit of a special place to visit. The dedication of the soldiers standing guard over the tomb and eternal flame makes you think of those who gave thier lives so we can be where we are today. Lest we forget.

This is great to view any time of the day - I went around 5 pm and it was interesting to see the guarded soldiers who loyally stand by 24/7 next to the burning flames. Must-see and it is a quick attraction, just about 10...More
