The new Old town stands proudly as an example of Warsaw's resilience and heritage! It has been rebuilt using old photographs and paintings to represents the city that once stood their. It is a great example of the tenacious attitude that the people of Poland have and serves as bright, vibrant symbol of a rebirth the city is going through.... More

Very quaint little square in which we stayed. Restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops everywhere, also a pharmacy and a tourist information office. The restaurants were good for price, quality and authentic Polish food, and people were friendly. Loved the stalls that circled the square which sold Polish sausage and mulled wine. Also a lot of attractions in the door step.

There is so... More

Corporate houses started talking about how to become more resilient to the volatile conditions...Warsaw may be a living example of how a city can survive such volatile history...Old town has the medieval charm with cobbled stones and meandering alleys...packed churches where you can see traditional masses...restaurants with polish vodka and beer..One of the restaurant we sat (picture shown) served excellent... We walked around looking at the buildings and visiting local bars. Great scenery and plenty of places to eat and drink.
