A museum dedicated to F. Chopin. What I really loved is how much of his music one can experience there, solitary. There's a lot of history provided on his personal and musical life, in really interactive way. Lots of info on his musings. A bit...More

A labrynth of true homage to Chopin's life and music. There's music everywhere, original sheet music, inactive displays, and I loved the pods where you could put the earphones on and lose yourself. A choice of nocturns, preludes, waltzes... heaven! It was such a pity...More

Meuseum where a lot can be listened, as expected. A timelime with the events, travels, place of living and compositions of Chopin would be welcome.

A very modern and stylish museum in tribute to one of the greatest composers of the world. Do not expect a lot of artifacts: photocopied documents, notes sheets, a piano and a couple of epoch chairs... But you can listen to Chopin's music at every...More

This is a very nice museum, even if it is rather small. There are plenty of opportunities to listen to Fryderyk's music

We found this museum very interesting. It covered his life and works in an informative manner with photos and explanation boards. They had several objects on display as well and we liked the setting, in an old building, not a modern and glass box. If...More

The building was very nice and it has 4 floors to explore with one ticket. We expected a more interactive museum with more interesting information about chopin’s life. Also some of the audio systems were out of order. The discounted ticket was 13zl.

I’ve loved Chopin’s music for decades; I’ve read a lot of his biographies. I’ve always felt I identified with him. But this museum was such a disappointment - no clear path to take; dark tunnels, and unnerving slopes and steps. Too many inter active displays...More

Don't get me wrong, the museum is definitely worth visiting and there are lots of interesting displays. There are also ample opportunities to listen to a LOT of Chopin's music, which is great. BUT - the interactive displays are slow-moving and there's no "excitement". They...More

Yes. In Chopin Museum we have Chopin's last piano made by Pleyel. Chopin played on that instrument during tournee to Scottland and UK.
