The actual tour was interesting and the guide was informative and easy going but the transfer was woeful. I was picked up in a cab by a guy who spoke 2 words the 8 hour return trip, lucky for the scenery and my phone. Then once the walking tour finished he pulled up with engine running so no opportunity for lunch or even to buy some drinks. As a solo traveler I was counting down the km’s until we got back to my hotel

Dear Dean,
Thank you for sharing your opinion about the tour to the Wolf's Lair. It is nice to read that the tour was interesting and tour guide informative but very sad about your experience from the ride. I want to apologize for that and to explain what's happend from our side. One day before the tour we had to change the driver in the last moment. Our regular driver had to stay from the health reasons. I can assure you that "your" driver will no longer cooperate with us.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

I got stack with no way of getting to airport in time and found this company on trip advisor. When I called there where no available drivers but still, Agnes calmed me down with her patience, kindness and a very good English.
She orders I taxi for me from another company, just to help me in time of need. I would degeneracy recommend hiring her services!

We have used this company for our four visits to Warsaw.
We fly into Modlin airport and use AB Everest for airport transfers.
Excellent service, always on time and friendly drivers and reasonable charge.
Will definitely be booking with them again for our next visit!

During my trip to Poland I used AB Everest for both the Full-Day Private Guided Tour From Warsaw to Auschwitz and Krakow and an airport transfer. I could not have asked for a better experience, the team here was incredible! From a communications standpoint, they were always accessible, easy to communicate with, and the friendliest team.
For pick ups, they were always on time (if not early) and had my name on a card so I could spot them easily.
For the long drives - I felt incredibly safe and comfortable. There vehicles were large, spacious, and clean. On my trip it started to snow and I felt very safe and in good hands on the road.
Once we got to Auschwitz, I was escorted in to the museum and handed off to the tour so that there was no room for confusion or error. When the tour was over, AB was there and waiting right on time!
I loved having free time to roam around in Krakow and when I was ready to head back to Warsaw, AB was ready and waiting to go when I was.
I could not have had a better experience - they were so friendly, easy to communicate with and very on top of all aspects of my trip.

The actual tour of Auschwitz was amazing as it was it’s own tour company with informed, knowledgeable, kind, helpful tour guides……The company that transported us which is what I am reviewing….was absolutely awful. The company showed up late to our hotel which caused us to miss our train. We were then asked to buy new train tickets to get to Krakow and were met by a disrespectful (in fact mean) driver. The driver was hard to find once we got off the train as we had no instructions of where he would be. We got in the car and the driver instantly has an attitude and starts to blame us for his bad day because we were late. The entire ride the driver was silent and not friendly at all. After our tour…we got back in the van with the driver and he dropped us off 25 minutes from our train station and stated “if you come back early you have to walk.” He then proceeded to smoke his cigarette on the side of the road while we were expected to walk back to our train which was a 25 minute walk…after a 15 hour day of walking…Also, I was 6.5 months pregnant the day of this tour. Other members of our group wrote reviews about this experience and the company stated that we “didn’t respond to a message from them about our phone number and address of hotel which is why they were late” which just not true. If this was true how did any of the drivers, people involved, or company have our number to call us? The driver in Krakow had our number, how did he get it if we “never responded with our number.” To make this claim is unethical business practices as we have documented proof that we responded to all inquiries asked about our location and contact information.
I would highly suggest going to see Auschwitz with a different tour company that provides kind drivers, maybe some water, maybe a cracker snack for the 16 hour day, and reliable transportation that is not aggressive, accusatory and frankly kind of scary at times (being I was 6.5 months pregnant and physically a bit more vulnerable).

Hope you will stop accuse us about the problems you had because we did our best to safe your tour and we did it.
I talked with the driver from Krakow, he has unfortunately very similar, bad opinion about your aggressive behavior towards him. On that tour there was to much negative emotions from both side.

Agnieszka Boczkiewicz professionally organized our day tour from Warsaw to Auschwitz and Krakow. The transport was by train and bus. The tour guide, who was based in Krakow, did a great job by providing important events associated with the camp sites. The visit to Auschwitz was highly emotional. We had our own time to explore the Old City of Krakow in the morning and enjoy dinner after the tour. The return train from Krakow to Warsaw was crowded and seats with limited space. The whole trip was smoothly organized, enjoyable as well as touching. Another good impression was that Agnieszka is very pleasant and caring. Thank you, Agnieszka, for the service well done.

We were met in arrivals by our driver and swiftly delivered to our city centre hotel. The cost was exactly as quoted on there internet site.

I was so impressed with their service! Definitely 5 star! We were picked up at our apartment on time in a very nice vehicle. Our driver was the owner of the company. The price was set when we made the arrangements. This was so much better then the taxi that took us to the airport. I would highly recommend calling them instead of taxi service. And the difference in price was about $7.

I arranged airport pick up and communication said the driver would be waiting in the arrival terminal. We provided our flight information. He was not at the terminal of our arrival. I had to search for him and found him leaning against a railing in the other terminal area, working on his cell phone. I did not understand why he was not at our terminal nor aware our plane had landed. We were led across the parking lot to a small, dirty car by a fellow in shorts and a t-shirt. Will not use this company again.

Thank you for your review. Please send me more details about your transfer (date, passenger name). We have no reservation for your name. I would like to know who was travelling with you. It is very important for us because as you can see we have good opinion about our service and we want to check what happened with your reservation.
As regards to Chopin airport, we always giving the information that our driver is waiting at the arrival hall in Exit nr 2 near Costa Coffee. In arrival hall there are 2 exits and passengers can use both. Earlier our driver was waiting in the exit that was on the timetable but there was a problem with finding the passengers that's why we have now the exact meeting point and it is working good.
As regards second information about parking. At Chopin airport we can not drive to the terminal, driver must park on the parking. Only taxi company that have a contract with the airport is staying there. It is not our fault.
I can not answer you about the car and the driver because I do not know who was driving with you. Please write me the details.

We used AB Everest on our recent trip to Warsaw for transport to and from Modlin to the Old Town. I booked online and they were really quick to answer any questions. The drivers were there early for both journeys and everything went to plan. I would definitely use them again.
