Along the main roads through the Julian Alps there are plenty of places to pull over and grab a photo or two. Wonderful scenery and breathtaking mountain views

I loved this countryside. We too the gondola to the top and recommend that although it’s a bit bleak up there.

The Julian Alps in Bovec are shown in all its glory. Lovely place to be at in the summer where everywhere is so hot.

We were all the way sea type of holiday people. But we drove through the Slovenian Alps and just decided not to go to the seaside but to stay here. Had a blast!
