    Stunning view
Best viewpoint ever. Absolutely terrifying hike (I’m scared of everything) but totally worth it. You know you’re almost there when you reach some really steep steps. There is a rail you can hold on to but the further up the steps you go, the further above your head the rail goes, hence why I was terrified. Glad it was a dry day as I’m not sure I would have made it in slippery conditions. The view of the lake is absolutely stunning, it was one of my favourite parts of my trip and it was completely free!

    What a view.
By far the best views you will see of lake Bled and the island, hike itself is fairly good steep in a few places but if you are reasonably fit and healthy it will not cause you any issues. Maybe a 30 minute climb to summit, I was lucky to view it on a cloud free day and views are stunning. Highly recommend added this lookout point to your itinerary of Lake Bled. Loved it

Best viewpoint of Bled's lake and island
This spot was by far our favorite viewpoint to see the lake and its island. We preferred it to both the views from the nearby Ojstrica and those from Bled Castle, as well as various from the lake level. We hiked a circular loop basically clockwise, from the signed Mala Osojnica trailhead (where there was lockable parking for the bikes we had borrowed from our hotel), up to this viewpoint, over to the Ojstrica viewpoint, and then back around to close our loop. Just below this viewpoint (right at the top of a steep flight of stairs) there is a bench which also has some lovely view of the lake. This viewpoint had multiple benches (3 or 4?) and a sign showing the elevation (685 m) and landmarks. As we left, there is a trail marker/sign that directs you towards Ojstrica (as well as Velika Osonjica, which we didn't visit). From the trailhead, it took us about 35 minutes to reach this viewpoint (including a short stop at the bench just below it). We stayed here admiring the view and taking photos for about 15 minutes before proceeding onward, and the entire loop took us about an hour and a half.

Superb view over the lake. Nice hike, quite steep at times, to reach the viewpoint, but a rewarding experience and the opportunity to escape from the crowd.

I did not read the reviews, I just had this in my list of things to check out. We went up the wrong way. Apparently you should go up on the right not the stairs on the left. The left says mala osojnica the right signs say something else. It is a lot of climbing up trail and stairs. It was muddy in some spots and gravel filled in others, so wear hiking shoes - I was glad for them! There is some scrambling on the way and a narrow area with a rope to grab onto as you go along so that you don’t fall off a cliff. Enjoyed this trail snd the entire park but wish I’d been using a stair master before this trip.

Lovely walk / climb where only the last couple of minutes ascendency is challenging - this is the point you climb the actual rock - there is a metal 'rope' to help haul yourself up a couple of very short parts - do not be put off by this - its perfectly manageable and safe - as couple in our 50s / 60s proved!
The view is then there to be enjoyed. Awesome!!

Although It's very hard to approach the summit, you definitly enjoy the scenery of castle and island church at the top of the mountain. There are some spots where you enjoy the lake socenery on the way to the summit, so I felt hiking itself was very good.
The trail is slippery and steep, so I recommend a sunny day. There's a bike parking spot near the trail entrance, you don't have to worry about bike ride. I hope everyone enjoys this place and hiking.

Excellent views and well worth the trek up to the very top. Just wear sensible footwear and brace yourself for a - at times - very steep and uneven route. Not suitable for young children and people who aren't very fit.
