Possibly the most beautiful place I have ever been. It is absolutely beautiful and i can't wait to return! After months of inter-railing it was a welcome relaxing stop.

My wife and I visited with friends and took a walk around the lake, stopping all the time for photos and lunch. It was really beautiful and well worth the time

Beautiful and peaceful lake. No motorized vehicles are allowed and it makes Lake Bled quiet and the water clear and beautiful. We went on a cloudy, rainy day and we still loved visiting. Should not be missed if you're in the area.

Lake Bled has to be one of Slovenia's must-see sites with its picture-perfect lake. Easy to walk around and great for general relaxing. Just need to be lucky with the weather to get the best pics. Getting quite touristy though - even in Nov there were quite a few tourists around.

This place appears like in a dream, so rare to be found across the globe. Cliff with castle, surrounding hills and mountains, they all play reflections in the spotless lake and it is very hard to describe how paradise this place look like, you have to see it. It also fine idea to climb to one of those hills surrounding... More

We had put up on the night at the hotel by the lake on the night of arrival. We barely see any lake but the castle was light up abit. The morning was an awakening one when u take a glance out the window... the blue lake with a castle on top, and lots of duckling and swans are swimming... More

Walk around it, row across it, swim in it, just look at it with a beer in your hand from one of the many fine hostelries- whatever you do, VISIT LAKE BLED. It's stunning.
