They will gladly take your money and that’s about it. I highly recommend using Viator or any other reputable company that has integrity and good business ethics. This business is not worth ruining your time here.

Rented two escooters for 2 hours and was told batteries were fully charged and would last. After 70 mins, one scooter was slowing down and struggling with hills. After 90 mins, other scooter died stranding my wife about 1 mile from hotel. Called your company for help, phone was picked up and then hung up. Called again, same result. Locked up scooter took pics of location and I drove back to shop. Last 15 mins, I was walking it more than riding due to hills it could not handle. Back at shop, met with shrugs, and not my phone, handled at other office. No apologies offered, no compensation, just shrugs. I can't speak to their tour operation but stay away from the bike/scooter rental shop on main Bled road.

Mamut Slovenia was very courteous and professional providing us a return transfer to Bled Castle from Bled town. Dropped us off at the entrance and when called for our return trip they were there in minutes. Clean transfer van. Recommend for sure!

Reliable tour company. Their small shuttles to Ljubljana airport run at scheduled times with 2 pickup points in Bled. Efficient & prompt.

We went to the Vintgar Gorge with Mamut. The trip was well organised and smoothly executed. All the instructions given to go and come out of the gorge were very clear and simply delivered. Totally recommended!

I did the Emerald River tour in August when Bled and the surrounding was surprised by heavy rain and floods. Even though the weather was far from ideal I had a fantastic time and saw places and waterfalls I otherwise would not have seen. The tour guide was very friendly and really did his best to make the best out of the tour. Some parts of the tour needed to be cancelled or changed due to the weather but the tour guide did his best to find solutions. I do think it is a shame that I was not able to hike more or see more of the originally planned tour, however, I fully understand that due the the weather conditions and floods this was not possible. However, I still had a fantastic day and thought it was worth it. I could not imagine a better way of spending a day during this heavy weather. Therefore I would really recommend others to book this tour, I think the tour was amazing and I truly believe that the tour will be fantastic in normal weather conditions.

We booked with Mamut via Tourist Information Centre. Wow. Very pleased we did.
We were picked up in Ljubjlana and taken to Bled. We had 1.5 hours to ourselves around Bled then taken in a minibus to Vintgor Gorge. Once again time to walk at our own place. Meeting point at the church then dropped off at Ljubjlana Castle. Pick up wad back at their office a few hours later.
Thoroughly enjoyed the freedom with Mamut.
Agenda given, meeting times given and off you go.
So much better than travelling on a large bus having to wait for people all the time.
Lake Bled is a lovely area and easily walkable.

I went on the Socha Trip with Mammut, and the program was fantastic. The only thing was, I wish we had more time for swimming in Socha. And let's not forget the rafting experience, which was definitely a 5-star plus. We had an amazing time, especially because Tomaz was the best guide I've ever had. Big thanks to Mammut and our guide. I highly recommend this trip to all nature and history enthusiasts.

As the weather had been bad and very rainy with weather warnings, we contacted Mamut the day before to check that it was still going ahead. We had booked white water rafting in Bovec. We were surprised that they said yes as we knew the railway tunnel was flooded.
Our guide collected us, we drove to lake Bohinj in the rain and then he filled time by driving around and got to the railway station. When we were having a coffee he said the tunnel was flooded and we could go.
The only option he gave us was to try to continue on the tour and make good what he could.
There was only 4 of us on the tour and we didn’t know any different. This was around 0915. He didn’t check with the rafting company until 12.00, he didn’t even have their number, then we found out that the rafting cancelled as it was too dangerous. That came as no shock with the amount of rain and the floods in the area.
We got to Bovec ar around 2.00pm, no choice was given for where to have lunch, how much time we had there. I think he went where he got a free meal.
All we did was drive around in the rain and go to a few waterfalls. He seemed amazed that there was so much water in them. Of course there was, there had been 1 months rain in 1 day.
When we got back to the Mamut office and got our refund for the rafting, I told the guy in the office that the tour really should have been cancelled because of the conditions and the tunnel had been flooded since the day before, the guide attacked us said he gave us the option in the morning to come straight back to Bled and get a full refund on the tour. He NEVER gave that option, as we would have taken that and tried to do the tour another day. Im quite sure the other 2 ladies on the tour would have taken that option too.
In all it was a miserable day.

Best day ever thanks to Mitja! I had an amazing time on the mamut adventure last month and it wouldn’t have been the same without such a great guide.
We had a great time at waterfalls, rafting, driving through the mountains and exploring slovania
He really brought our group together and taught us about all the locations we visited. In addition he modified the trip to the needs and energy level of the group. Can’t recommend this tour enough. I would go back to lake bled for another guided day from mamut and mitja!

Hello ! My name is Dita Ročková and I have been to your great trip with my boyfriend Josef Dittrich. It was on 19.8. 2015, the trip started in Bled. Our guide´s name was Luca.
