First, let me comment on the sites themselves - they are all very interesting and beautiful and well worth a visit. I was lucky enough to get to see all three in the same day! Lake Bled is probably the most famous, I think? It's...More
We had a wonderful time walking round Ljubljana visiting six different restaurants and learning a lot about the history of the city, its architecture and, above all, enjoying splendid Slovenian food and wine.
All of the food was excellent- don't book dinner afterwards!
Me and my boyfriend had a very nice trip to Postojna Caves and the Castle. The communication was easy and the pick up on time. The only comment is that due to reasons outside of the guides control (one of the tours in the cave...More

Ljubljana is inland, so your options are to fly, or take bus, or drive/transfer. Countryside is beautiful! Public bus worked well for me, but a Roundabout transfer for a small group might be even nicer, more personal.

Agree with the above - you'll want to spend time in LJU and if you can, spend some time in the outskirts (go to the National Park, Wine Country, and definitely Lake Bled/Postojna if you have time). They're really beautiful... More
Agree with the above - you'll want to spend time in LJU and if you can, spend some time in the outskirts (go to the National Park, Wine Country, and definitely Lake Bled/Postojna if you have time). They're really beautiful. I flew to Croatia and spent at least a day on each island (if not more) - Dubrovnik was beautiful but kinda busy/touristy.
