Great to look out along the river and especially at night when it is all lit up. Leads over to the castle and other sights.

The Bridge is an easy cross over, I would recommend a night walk because the sights and faraway lights bring out the magic of Buda and Pest.

Simply an amazing site at night. Get your self a drink at the nearby Terrace part of the Intercontinental Hotel & experience the night time views to the bridge & also the Royal Palace.

This bridge is beautiful, but so crowded at peak times in peak season that you may literally be unable to walk across it because of the massive crowds. Go early in the morning or later in the evening.

If you are good in walking, trip over chain bridge to Buda castle is good way to see Danube’s coast and Parliament house.

I visited just last week. It was open. But there was no sign of any preparation for renovation either.
