Romkert is a very popular place in Budapest, and both foreigners and Hungarians love it. It’s situated on the Buda side of the city just in the bottom of Gellért-hill, right next to Elisabeth bridge. It’s a very small open club which is very crowded during summertime. The parties start around 10, before that you can sit down and have a few drinks. Romkert is always open during summers, except if the weather is bad. Free entrance for boys and girls all night.

We were a bunch of friends for a couple of days in Hungary for our friend's wedding. We were looking for an outdoor night club where we could do reservation for about 20 people for our Saturday night highlight. Romkert seemed to be the perfect...More

This place is the best. The DJ was doing such an amazing job that I can wholeheartedly say that it was the best club DJ'ing I had ever heard. The vibe in this place is just great and they have a happy hour between 23:00...More

My number 1 party place. I had a great time there. It has it's charm because it is an outdoor place. For me it is one of the kind. If it is rainy just forget it. Otherwise do not miss it! Girls, it is a...More

Romkert is a nice open air club, one of the nicest places to go on the Buda side and service is always quick due to there being multiple waiters/waitresses and more than one bar. Drink prices are fine and the vibe is good.

Really beautiful venue at the side of the Danube, it was awesome! Mainstream club music was playing, the atmosphere was great, the people were nice. Absolutely recommended!

I think it's a great place is you like your euro pop in large doses. I agree with the last reviewer, it depends on the dj on the night. The fact it's open air is a huge bonus and it's location is pretty accessible. We...More

With a group of friends we decided to give Romkert a try this summer. After a day in the city, with backpacks we hoped they would have a locker room/storage of some sort. Unfortunetly there was nothing like that in the place, so we couldn't...More
