- Sean MBoldon, United Kingdom56 contributionsA must visit when in Budapest! An absolute must! Such a funky little hideaway with soo much packing into a cosy little den. Upon arrival the host took our money and provided a wrist band then off we went. All machines were free to play with a small admission cost. There 5 rooms which are packed with old style retro arcade machines such as pinball, pacman, tetris and many more. Theres no time limit in the venue so you could stay all day if you like! Brilliant little arcade on a rainy day pr just reliving your childhood.Visited October 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 21 October 2023
- Johnny Boy40 contributionsAmazing value, not just for gamers! Go!Amazing value for money. Cost about £8 each as under 26 and could have spent hours there. Everything is free to play once you're in and there is plenty to choose from, not just pinball - guitar hero, pac-man, mario, racing/shooting games. Also great for those who aren't necsssarily 'gamers'. Can't recommend this place enough and dying to go back!!Visited October 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 22 October 2023
- James M26 contributionsSome of the most fun you’ll have in BudapestWhile this museum is a little out of the city centre, it really is worth making the trip out to visit. For an admission of around £10 you can play as many retro arcade games and pinball machines as you like. They give you a wristband so your entry is valid for the entire day meaning you can leave and come back without having to pay extra. While I think the addition of a bar would be amazing, the lack of a proper bar doesn’t really take away from the experience. If you think this sounds interesting, please visit, you won’t be disappointed!Visited November 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 1 December 2023
- Sam ADoha, Qatar103 contributionsMake time for this experience! We’ve seen some spectacular places this holiday, and while all of the rich culture and history abounds, the Flippermúzeum sits near the top of the list for pure fun, amusement, and participation. Nearly all of the machines (140+) are playable. Such a fun stop to make while in Budapest!Visited December 2023Travelled with familyWritten 31 December 2023
- Kim C19 contributionsWell worth the visit to this Play Zone!Flipper Museum – This place is well worth the £12 for unlimited use of the 100’s of retro pinball and arcade games here. I was recommend spending 3-4 hours, as you won’t realise the time once you start playing. There is also a small bar where you can get refreshments and snacks. There is plenty of coat hangers to hang coats in colder months. Please note there are some steps to get into the “museum” so unfortunately not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.Visited December 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 25 January 2024
- Barbie S3 contributionsDefinitely check this museum out!Bloody loved this, had to be one of my favourite evenings from the holiday, cheap entrance and you can surprisingly get very carried away with time playing so many machines from the last 100 years as well as other arcade and table games. The whole venue is bright, colourful and very cool looking. Would 100% recommend for all ages. Would make such a cool place to go on a date ❤️Visited February 2024Travelled with familyWritten 8 March 2024
- Clare P54 contributionsGreat fun!Fabulous fun, great atmosphere, very nostalgic looking at the old games. Clean and well maintained. Bar available for light refreshments. Pay on the door and play as long as you like.Visited March 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 16 March 2024
- Mr H33 contributionsTime flies in here! This place was such a great find, it's a little out of town but well worth the walk. Tickets cost around £10 per person and for that you can play on all of the machines as much as you want for as long as you want that day. The pinball selection is huge with some new machines, loads of clasics and some really old ones from the 1950's. There is also a selection of other arcade machines from back in the day like Street Fighter and Point Blank. There is a small cafe area that has a good selection of soft drinks when you want a break and decent prices, you can also buy t shirts there with the museum logo. We spent almost 4 hours in there and honestly could have stayed longer. We visited on a Sunday and arrived for around 11.15am, just after opening and there was no queue. It got fairly busy for a while but never so that you couldn't find a free machine then after a couple of hours it went pretty quiet again. Great value for money and loads of fun, had a blast thanks!Visited March 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 19 March 2024
- Natasha INairn, United Kingdom5 contributionsGreat funAmazing fun. Could have stayed here all day, but the weather outside was too nice 🤣. I like that you can re-enter as many times as you want all day. We went in the morning, visited Margaret Island and went on a boat trip then went back for the hour before closing time.Visited April 2024Travelled with familyWritten 11 April 2024
- Hassan MahmudLondon, United Kingdom28 contributionsMemorable!Such an incredible find in Budapest! You can easily spend hours here and get lost in the amount of games on offer. Brings back to many memories of playing pinball as a child. You just need to pay an entry fee and play as much as you want! Would highly recommend this when In Budapest!Visited April 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 25 April 2024

There's so much to do in Budapest, I can't put this at the top of the list if you're only there for a few days (unless pinball is your obsession). If you're there for more than a few days though, do head over there for a really fun time. Lots of super fun pinball machines, but also several other great arcade games. It was awesome to pay a flat fee and not have to worry about how much each game was. The fee is for the day, so you can go in and stay as long as you like, although we were kind of done after about 3 hours. I went there with my 12 year old daughter, and we both had an awesome time. If I have one criticism, I'd say they can have a better food setup. It was hard to tell what they had, and the setup for food was a bit odd. Would've been great to have some fries or pizza. Before you head there, make sure they're open. They're closed two days a week. On other days they open in the afternoon, but stay open until very late. If you're looking to make a day of it, there are several vintage shops in the area, some restaurants, and an awesome local bakery called Eliza Pekseg.

AMAZING and not to be missed. I took my teens along to show them my "gaming" past life and a great time was had by all. It is mind boggling all the machines here and not just pinball but all the classics. Honestly it is a brilliant way to spend a few hours. It does get loud so if you have anyone in your group that is sensitive to noise then I suggest they bring along some noise cancelling headphones or ear buds. The gentleman at the cash desk is super friendly and kind. AND if by chance you really have time to kill then you can re-enter as many times as you like that day. If you have kids I highly recommend going when it opens at 4 as it does get busier later on. Hats off the the owner who has done a great job. Once you pay admission you don't need coins of tokens for the machines just rock up and play. We even got t-shirts! (this is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Westend Shopping Mall)

Really awesome place. Rows and rows of pinball and arcade games all in working order and free to play after entry fee from many places and decades. Only one downside was that it is cash only entry and we had to walk to find a cash machine.

This was our 2nd time to visit. We took two young adults with us this time and we all had fun. We each had favorite games that we played alone and there were several 2 person games that we played together...over and over. A fun hands on attraction that was especially great during a cold and wet evening. It was near enough to West End Mall that we parked there, walked to the museum, and then walked back to the mall to eat supper.

This pinball museum is one of the best things to do in Budapest. You pay one fee to get in and you can play all the machines for free as long as you like. Even if you aren't into pinball you'll be surprised at how much time passes after you've tried playing just a couple of different games. If you are into pinball you might never leave, but luckily they give you a wristband on the way in so you can pop out to get some food and then come back the same day to get some more games in.

We had such a good time here. The place is much bigger than it looks from outside with so many different machines to play on. It’s not just all pinball ones too. It was busy when we went (Friday at 4pm) but there was still always something free to play on. We stayed 2 hours and could easily have stayed longer but had to leave for our flight home. We booked in advance via their website but it wasn’t for a specific time so I don’t think that was necessary. At 4200HUF (around £10) each it is excellent value for money. They don’t open Monday or Tuesdays so bear that in mind if you’re planning it in.

My hubby is a pinball fan & I am not. He had lots of fun
and I "unexpectedly" spent 3hrs of fun playing as many machines as I could. I was hooked! We played some very old pinball machines (WOW)! We paid an entrance fee (very reasonable) and all the machines were free to play, no additional coins to add in! You gotta check it out!

Stunning collection of well maintained Pinball Machines. All games set to free play and you pay one fee for entrance. There are also classic video games. Taken there as a birthday treat I’ll never forget.

Hi, have looked at some reviews and am heading to Budapest in June so would be very interested in paying a visit!
Just wondering if there are any other arcade games, aside from pinball machines, and if you serve drink? Would be nice to have a pint if we were here for awhile. Thanks!
