Alternative tourist agency offering minivan and retro car trips in...

Alternative tourist agency offering minivan and retro car trips in Bratislava and surroundings for unbeatable prices. Visiting Bratislava for only 1 day? Not enough time to explore authentic suburbs of Bratislava yourself? Then join our 2-hour or 4-hour Post socialist Bratislava city tour. Not enough time to get the taste of Slovakia? Then join our Slovak Village Pub Crawl. Tired of the city rush? Try Little Danube Canoe Trip. Longing for travelling back to the past? Visit spooky ruins during our 1-day castle tours. However, having stayed only in Bratislava, you can hardly say you have seen authentic Slovakia. Allow yourself 2 days or more to explore mountainous areas off-the-beaten-track. For real nature freaks we have prepared great hiking trips. If you are greedy for mysterious touch with medieval times, you will find it at gloomy castle ruins watching deep Slovak forests from above.

During our excursion we have visited many places, that are really special in Bratslava and many people don´t know about them. The guides are friendly and knowledgeable.

This is probably one of the best tours I ever done - so engaging and really interesting. Our guide was born and brought up during the Soviet era and so was really able to paint a picture of life under the communist regime. He also provided us with some food and drinks from this time (I won't go into details... More

We did the 2 hour post-socialist tour, and our guide, Juro, was excellent. He was not only knowledgeable, but passionate about the history of Bratislava. He picked us up in he Skoda mini-bus, and this definitely added to the enjoyment of the tour on a very cold winter's day! Excellent value for money, and not to be missed if visiting... More

Just a quick note before my main review - AFTER this tour, we visited Bratislava old town, but because this tour was so good, the old town just didn't "do anything" for us. It was chocolate-box/postcard perfect, almost fake, whereas this post-socialist tour was gritty, somewhat ugly (in a bittersweet way), and 100% authentic! We took the 4hrs post-socialist tour... A friend and I visited Bratislava out of season and really wanted a way to get to know the place and the Cold War history in the area. We were met by Peter who took us round on a private tour in his car to save us from the worst of the weather! We went through a whole heap of... More

Amazing trip around Bratislava in an old S100 Skoda. Peter was engaging and knowledgeable and gave great insight into Bratislava now and in communist times. A truly different experience and really recommended.

Amazing tour. I was lucky enough to get a private tour with one of the guys, Peter who even did his best to adjust the tour to my preferences :) Was an amazing experience with loads of insights into the modern history of Bratislava.

We did two tours on the day: the post-communism tour, then straight away into the old man drinking village pub tour. This was a highlight!! Proper old drinking holes outside in the towns around Bratislava, serving Slovak beers and with plenty of characters. My lovely girlfriend was popular with some of the lads! Our guide had plenty of stories and... More
