Since this is the Presidential Palace, you cannot get access. However, you can visit the park which is behind the Grassalkovich Palace on Hodžovo Square. You can enjoy the view of the French garden and enjoy some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle...More

Grassalkovich Palace is the residence of the President, it's a fine looking building built in the architectural styles of Rococo and Baroque and looks very grand indeed especially when illuminated at night. The building was constructed by 1760 for Croatian aristocrat Antal Grassalkovich from which...More

This is place where the President of the country resides. There are 2 guards at the entrance. The gardens nearby the Palace are tired and far smaller than many other places. For some reasons, entry inside the place is not allowed even for tourists. We...More

Not as impressive as one would have expected. The gardens behind the palace were tired to say the least. We passed here on our way to Slavin monument but would not recommend a visit solely to see the palace.

Not much to do here but grab a look and take that mandatory selfie. It is a handsome building with lovely open gardens and grounds to the rear, but not open to the public. Too bad some tours do not exist.

Just recently went to the palace and the outside fountain was switched off. However we saw the changing of the guard. Moreover the palace gardens were open to the public.

The President lives at this palace, not royalty, so everything is a little more low key here. While you can't get access inside, you can enjoy the gardens located behind the palace which are open to the public. There you'll find green space, fountains (see...More

Situated in the heart of the city, this is where the president of Slovakia resides. It's a gated property that has a fountain at the front courtyard and a very beautiful garden at the back. In my opinion, the rear view of the palace is...More
