A great bicycle shop located in a certainly interesting city. I visited with them and they provided maps, advice, cultural insights and even a cycle bell. Very friendly helpful and patient with an older cycle Tourist.

There were two of us and we chose our own bikes. It was only after an hour I realised by bike was a Juliette.... and I am a man. Never mind, it was fine. We left a passport as a deposit and off we went. We cycled all the way to Pirita nd beyond then went to the TV Tower.... More

Staff was very friendly and helpful and they have a lot of different bikes; beach cruisers, city bikes, mountain bikes, cargo bikes and even tandems, which we took. Unfortunately we had to go back twice as the tire pressure was too low and the screws for the saddle was not really tightened. Everything else was perfect and I would go... More

My friends and I did the morning "Welcome to Tallinn" tour and saw the sights of Old Town, Kadriorg park, Singing Festival grounds and rode along the shore. It was an excellent tour of a cute storybook town. The tour guide was very informative and even entertained us with a song! The bikes were a little on the older side,... More

We did a van tour of the city with a tour guide named Age. She was absolutely wonderful! She was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about the beautiful city of Tallinn. There were only 3 people on the tour which gave it a much more personal feel. This was definitely a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this tour with... More

I had a really bad experience on City Bikes in Tallin. I arrived with my friends and we went to the shop to ask some informations about the rental bikes and the answer was: “The bike are outside, pick one”, he said. We went outside and we realized that the bikes available were in really bad condition, and were all... More

On management side I'm glad to answer to those three reviews at the same time (Renato F, IsabelFerrao and Pedro P). Here is service provider point of view and remarks to things stressed out by 4 people, standing 10 minutes next to our rental bicycles and refusing to rent them and also refusing to leave. On busy summer days we... More

We reserved the Welcome to Tallinn Bike Tour. We 3 were joined with others to form a group of 14 with one guide. We biked at a nice pace from sight to sight which are located outside of town. At each sight, the guide would tell us about it and ask if we had any questions. The equipment was good... More

I love getting around a new city on a bike tour so I signed up for the 'funky bike tour' and was so thoroughly impressed with our guide Kristiina. She answered question after question and had a genuine interest in Estonian history. What a brilliant way to do something off the beaten track.
