Supposedly the most romantic street in the old town. Kinda hard to see if it is filled whit tourists, but if you are lucky and find the street empty, it might be the perfect place to stroll for you and your special someone.

This part of the city dates back to 14th century. Famous for workshops and thumb stones on the wall. For more info check the plate next to hanging stones.

Went there twice, just to make sure. Didn't like the place either time. There was one souvenir shop in the gate and the old recovered tombstones on the wall. The atmosphere I felt there was just that of a backyard in a city centre in an Eastern European city.

This is a cool shadowy filled passage to check out while in Tallinn. It is worth coming here for a visit just to look at it and think about the architecture and you kinda can see some movie sets maybe being done here.

We walked this lovely passage way during the day and at night. As you walk down it actually feels like you are going back in time. Just around the corner is the Ichthus gallery, located within the monastery claustrum, you wont regret the visit.

This passage is a walk into another time - medieval to be exact ... without the sewage problems of course. There are medieval tombstones from the church affixed along one side, overhead stone arches and echoes of the past - plus some artisanal craft studios and shops tucked behind the small doors along the other side. On a rainy afternoon... More

Medieval alley in Old Town that lined with Tombstones on one side and hand craft souvenir shops on the other. Nice, quite and spectacular.

This is quite an historical passage dating to the times of Russian rule over Estonia and the nearby churches that adorn this passage . It has its charm of good old days and times seems dreary at night though .
