We read that this is a small botanic garden, but We spent here almost an hour. It was satisfied for me and my daughter even I am the landscape architect. The edge of the flower bed from peat is interesting idea even for acidlovers.

The botanical garden is relatively small but provides a large diversity of plants. Roses and peonies were in full bloom in June. the park is free, one can pay to visit the conservatories, but there was much for us to see on the park grounds...More

Well worth visiting, an oasis of calm and greenery. Not that Tartu is exactly a bustling metropolis, but even so :)

Reasonably priced, very hot- especially upstairs! Nicely laid out with Garderner knowing good English as showing us the cannibal plants. If you have free time, would recommend

These sweet small gardens with exotic greenhouse are a delight. Particularly for someone not familiar with northern hemisphere plants. One could easily walk them in 30 minutes but for me they offer 1.5 hours of charm and interest.
