The part I was disgusted with was the "zoo" part!! Its from the Soviets aswell!! Its animals are kept in little dirty cages with noting to do but walk in circles and the smell from cages which look like they are never cleaned out is...More

I really thought that this park was fabulous. It was great seeing and hearing about the various soviet statues and art. The location in a small forest is an ideal place to display there statues and memorabilia. Really had a great time walking around it....More

This park is full of interesting sculptures and you have an option of hiring an electronic English tour guide. It cost just €28 for entry to park plus tour guide. The restaurant..... though the food wasn't great and my husband had finished his meal before...More

Great place to visit in summer time. You will get some experience of Soviet period, skulptures of known and unknown sculptors illiustrate such time by best cultural way. Recommended.

If I was you I would stop the night in druskininkai. That's a nice small spa town. Have a spa day and pop into a bar there. Then it's not such a journey from there to the park the next day. 15K or something like that. You... More
