This place is worth the drive to the end of the island. The music is very festive and the place has great energy. The drive is stunning. Wine and food were very good. A must visit on the island.

Visited yesterday with my partner, all the waiters and waitresses that we encountered were great so we were off to a good start. Food was limited in choice but tasty. Went to try some wines at the bar area: the Uruguayan bar tender came across...More

Was very disappointed in the lack of service, especially when it was a quiet Monday. ( I would not like to be there if it is ever busy) The two waiters were standing there talking to each other rather than checking on their allocated guests....More

We had a tour guide take us here for a tasting and it was the best of several we did on Waiheke. We particularly enjoyed the wines selected and the informative host. The manuka honey is the best we tasted. Nice visit overall.

My partner and I had grand perceptions of Man o' War, for its slick branding and delicious Rose.' How wrong could have we been. I don't know where we got the impression that the venue was a place to have lunch, so maybe that is...More

Took a while to travel there and we were looking forward to the experience of tasting their wines but we left feeling underwhelmed. Whilst the wine tasting was free to sample up to 4 wines (extremely small samples) the staff were rushed and it was...More

Unfortunately a completely disappointing visit this time round. The Cellar Door Manager was rather frazzled at having to manage several staff on a day that would not have been their busiest, as well as complaining that their EFTPOS system was down...all of this was directed...More
