This road was a great adventure to drive! Many wildlife sightings, quaint hotel stops, rough road adventures and much more! It's said if you make the whole drive without breaking something on your vehicle you have done well!

Trip of a lifetime which we have made twice. Rough accommodations and sparse gas stations. Incredible scenery and great people. Highway can be very lonely so be prepared. Spruce forests in northern B.C. can get boring and oil industry camps are a bit bleak.
