There is nothing much there to see, at least from the main Rd. We have seen so much interesting stuff on this trip this doesn't rate as one of the highlights. We were lucky we could put the top down and turn up the music.

On our way down to Joshua Tree we decided to make a pit stop here at Mojave. We did a quick drive through and stopped for pictures but there are campgrounds and trails here. You could spend an entire day here and then some.

We passed through here during our recent road trip, the weather was lovely and the photo opportunities were amazing. I would recommend this place is well worth a visit.

On our way by car from Vegas to Mariposa/Yosemite, we crossed the desolated but fantastic Mojave desert all the way to the town of Mojave. After that point the road overtake a pass, spotted by incredible number of power wind mills and you can notice...More
