Many spots along this river are accessible and great places to picnic and rest especially on hot days as the water is quite chilly. @ spots that I enjoy have been Bull's Sluice, to watch the whitewater rafters, and Woodall Shoals. Bull's Sluice is an...More

Our family with 7 adults, 1 older child, and 1 teenager had a great time hiking in and playing on the river. I would recommend hiking in with boots/tennis shoes and having water shoes. There are no bathroom facilities.

Everything was GREAT! The weather was beautiful. The water was cool. The guides were friendly and informative, even the bus driver; there was a 10 minute drive to and from the sight. Nutritious lunch was included. Great outing for family, friends, coworkers; anybody!
