Really Enjoyed this hike, trail starts just down from the Alan Bible Visitor Center, and ends on the top of the parking structure of Hoover Dam. Trail is about 3.5 miles long (7 miles round trip). Bring Lots of Water. 5 tunnels along the route....More

What a beautiful area!!! Loved the vista scenes of the beautiful blue water. Cactus were so beautiful!!! Please stop by here on the way to Hoover Dam!!!

We rented mountain bikes in Boulder and had a great ride along the Railroad hiking trail. Nice easy flat ride that meanders along through tunnels blasted to carry supplies to the dam. Good for any type of rider. Take lots of water and keep sun...More

Our cousins took us for a drive from the Strip to Lake Mead. He had an annual pass so we did not have to pay to through Lake Mead. We did not go on the water but the drive and the sights were still nice.

Rented a car and visited Grand Canyon on the way back to Vegas myself & my husband visited lake mead it was a beautiful hot day only wished we had longer there 👍

We rented a very nice Bayliner speedboat from Las Vegas Boat Harbor and Lake Mead Marina (boatinglakemead.com) and had a wonderful time. The boat was almost new, in excellent condition and perfectly clean. We probably went 75-80 miles around the lake and saw fabulous scenery....More

Yes I think we rented from the Las Vegas Lake Marina. About $90 an hour and it holds two people. Discounts the longer you take it. They have new blue units but they have limited cargo space and are harder to handle then... More
