Sadly the monument was fenced off as they carried out work on it so we could not get up close but plenty of great pictures of it anyway.

It can be seen from almost any vantage point in the city mainly b/c its the tallest building. It was under construction when we were there.

Typically cancellations are done at the Visitor Centrex or at the Park Rangers Office. I have seen it being done at Visitor Centrex in some places though I have not done it .
