I was very fortunate to Leo as a massage therapist for my custom massage. He listened to my requests and set a plan. I have been doing kickboxing 3x’s a week for abut 15 years and I am always tight. Leo found my knots immediately and used a number of techniques to relieve tension in my neck, shoulders and back. The pressure was a perfect mix of being therapeutic and relaxing and he continually checked in. The spa itself was not that impressive with a very small locker room and only one shower, but the expertise of Leo as a masseuse made up for it. I hope the hotel pays their massage therapist well because they are pricey compared to other spas and their “spa” doesn’t really have anything special for guests other than the paid service.

The Spa at Hotel Washington exceeded my expectations in every way. My massage therapist, Leo was attentive in assessment of my goals, skilled in technique and an all around great person who immediately put me at ease. I'll definitely return.

Soraya is a total and delightful professional. She makes you feel calm, well taken care of, and truly pampered. She knows her stuff and I come out of sessions with her glowing inside out. Highly recommend booking a facial and letting her do her magic. I’ll be back (again).

One of the best massages ever. After two long days in a conference & travel from across the country, I had various aches & pains. Stayed at the hotel so decided to try the Spa massage. Leo the assigned massage therapist was excellent! He asked about my concerns & went to work. Helped my body be in a better condition than it was before. Felt relaxed with less aches & pains. Very professional & attentive staff. Sauna-Steam room was relaxing too. Waiting area had nice options for tea, cucumber water, trail mix etc. Very quiet setting with no outside noise interference which is important to me. Will return to this spa if I stay here again. Really positive experience. Thanks Leo & other spa staff.

My husband planned day at the spa for me and it was FABULOUS! Our couples massage with Tina and Alice was wonderful and the my nail tech Duke was exceptional. I absolutely loved, loved, loved the steamer!! Afterwards we had brunch at the Vue. The atmosphere and cuisine topped it off. I would highly recommend.

A friend took me who had been to The Hotel Washington and it's incredible spa previously. She booked me with Leo because she said she had had such incredible massages with him before. I am so grateful she did! I cannot speak more highly of Leo and the Hotel Washington Spa experience! Leo gave me the absolute best massage I have ever had! 🤩 I was so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards, I could hardly stand to leave! I would HIGHLY recommend this spa and it's amazing massage therapists!

Leo was my therapist. He is a true professional, he is an artist at his craft, and is extremely knowledgeable. I have had a shoulder issue for almost a decade, and he performed a release on me that has changed my ability to use my arm in ways I couldn’t before- on the first session! Leo explained everything about my body, my issues, how to sleep properly, and maintain a better lifestyle to ensure a better quality of life. I was truly impressed. I will definitely be returning! This was a phenomenal experience. I was greeted by Farah and Selam who were unbelievably nice and professional. They showed me the vicinity and explored how the steam shower worked. They opened my locker and gave me a robe and slippers. My husband and I received a couples massage with a foot peel and it was incredible. Noke and Leo were fantastic. They took their time, made sure the pressure was correct, and focused on problem areas. After the massage, my husband and I enjoyed a glass of champaign and refreshed in the steam room. We left entirely relaxed. We will be back for sure!
