Not only is this quite an impressive monument, it's also important to make sure you don't forget the people who sacrificed their lives for the freedom we take for granted today in large parts of the world.

Large outdoor memorial with fountains. Definitely take time to walk around to find your state or US territory. You can also view important quotes and scenes carved into the walls near the wide side entrances.

This memorial is stunning. Spent lots of time walking all the way around reading the signs. Also sat by the water and enjoyed a band playing tribute music.

A compact memorial that gives a picture of the multiple areas where so many of our countrymen fought for world freedoms.

As long as you feel necessary! I will say that an average people spend 45 minutes. Plenty to see and learn in the area and is free.

I believe there is, when i visited there was a lot of visitors in wheel chairs, and good disabled access to the memorial. The veterans in question had come by coach, but i am sure there was car parking there as well.
